Thank you to all the people involved in making the "In Memoriam" video; we appreciate your hard work. Although it was sad to watch the video, it reminds us that we once met the deceased residents and enjoyed their presence. Thank you to all the friendly and kind-hearted residents of Trophy Gardens who make us feel part of the community. We apologize to those we have offended, we did not intend to cause any harm. May God bless us all. ~ Neil & Eva Murphy
Wow, January is going by fast-- and another Sunday in the pool hall playing Mixed doubles. We had our maximum players which are eight teams and each team played seven games. We are all getting so good that the time spent playing is less and less. We even had a new team join us this Sunday... They are Terry & Deb Thomsen -- welcome to them... Playing seven games and winning six were Butch Brooker & Bev McEnaney - winning five of their games played were teams Moe Lafavre & Donna Hanke and team Jerry Thibodeau & Lynn Lafavre. Come join in on the fun. The yellow sign up sheet is up for the coming Sunday, January 24th...
Hoss Collar results for Saturday, January 16 are as follows: Gary DeRosier won 1st Place with 677 points, Mighty Dale Hustad won 2nd Place with 636 points, and Susie McKee, an Okie, and a brand new shuffleboarder won 3rd Place with 603 points. This was Susie’s first-ever Hoss Collar adventure! Come and play every Wednesday and Saturday weather permitting. It was a little bit chilly Saturday night but we had lots of fun. We sanitize, wear masks, and social distance. Come at 6:15PM, bring a dollar bill and a smile. Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays we play regular shuffleboard at 8:45AM weather permitting. Bring $.30 and wear your masks. We sanitize and social distance too. See You!
Today the Pool Hall Babes had the help from another gentleman pool player ---- teaching us gals all about hitting the ball right... We did some drills and then we played games. It was a pleasant time and I am sure the information we learned helped us gals a lot... Thanks to Alex Stinson for helping us...
