Mel Hokkala wants to thank the Trophy Gardens people who came to the “Celebration of Life” for Gene on September 14th. That date would have been their 63rd anniversary. Thank you also for all of the cards and support from Trophy friends. It means so much to me.

Mobile Home for Sale!! Charles Fellenstein has their mobile home for sale on lot 689. It sits on a corner lot on Blue Ribbon. It is a 1999, 16' X 60' Fleetwood Coronado with a 40' East porch with 20' covered. It has two bedrooms and an office. It will be mostly furnished. The windows are tinted. Things included are a trash compactor, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ceiling fans in every room, washer/dryer, hi-rise toilets, and it is plumbed for soft water. There is also a storage shed on the property. Charles is asking $29,000. If interested call Charles at 913-515-6403

Less than a month and I will be on my way to Alamo, Texas. Time is passing so fast. I called about using the carving building, and it will be open to using, so carvers bring your tools and projects.

Bob Hamilton let me know that his wife Velma passed away from cancer on January 16th of this year. We were residents of Trophy from 2011-2013. We were on Blue Ribbon lot 237. Thank you for letting us know so we can carry a rose for her on Remembrance Sunday.

Lynn's manager's notes for Tuesday: there are 87 people on 54 sites and 18 pets in the park. She suggested that when you return to Trophy bring Clorox Wipes with you as they are hard to find there. The stay in place order has been lifted. The “Valley” is opened for business.

Places are opening up in the park: pool, golf course, horseshoe, shuffleboard, and etc....

If you haven't let the office know your desire for a gate fob or keycard, do as it will be ready for you when you get there. Send an e-mail to trophygardens@rvresorts.com Fobs will be $40. and the keycards are $10.
