We had an awesome Veteran's celebration yesterday followed by a luncheon. Thank you to Cheryl Dayton and her kitchen crew for all the work and great food.
Men, please do not knock or bang on the men's bathroom door when it is closed for cleaning. Our housekeeping ladies use this time to clean the bathrooms. It is every morning at 6-7 am. Please plan accordingly. Also, please clean up any mess you might make or let the office know it needs cleaning.

If there are meetings in the card room, please do not interrupt the meeting by going in and retrieving cards while a meeting is going on.
Activities start when the leaders arrive at the resort.

Please come to the office if a repair needs to be done on your site. We will put in a "work order" to have the repair done. If it is an emergency it will be taken care of ASAP otherwise it is worked into the day/week work.
When cleaning up your yard, put the debris by the curb and our maint. team will be by to pick it up. It does not need to be put in bags.
Speeding: 10 mph. Please abide by the speed limit.
The activity room will be closed Wed. 8-4 this week due to a meeting. The RGV Quilt Guild is meeting at TG on Sat. morning 8am-1pm.
CORE WIFI will be going away July 2020. There will be WIFI in the Club House (large Hall). COBA, ATT is our current provider to your site for streaming.

The blog is up and running. Please go to www.trophygardens.blogspot.com to get information and what is going on within the resort.
This will be the last year for WIFI as we know it. It will be going away July 2020. There will be free WIFI in the large hall. You can go with several providers in the area or use your hotspot.
Marcia and Ken Schmidt will be leading the 1st Responder program. They started a program at another resort and look forward to being leads here.
Halloween Festivities on Oct. 31, 2020 is planned: Scavenger hunt 10am-2pm, Costume contest 3pm, and something special at the pool beginning at 8 pm.
November 11 is veterans day. Veterans eat free, friends, family pay $3.00 per ticket. Please see Activity Office to get tickets. Veterans need to get a ticket too (free) for a head count.
Volunteers are needed to help with the craft show and donut sales. No donuts at the meetings if we don't get volunteers to help.
Joan Taylor's 90th birthday is Wed. please come and wish her a happy birthday in the large hall, 1 pm
Tuesday Trivia is now starting in the Sun Rise Room, 6:30 pm
As the activity leaders come the activities will start. Watch the Score Sheet, or announcements to know when.
